Description

What is Mixed Casting Running Track?

Mixed Casting Running Track is a high-performance, environmentally friendly composite plastic running track with a multi-layered design that balances durability and comfort. Its marking layer is 50 mm wide and features a special outdoor border paint, ensuring clear and wear-resistant markings. The surface coating is approximately 3.4 mm thick, providing excellent weather resistance and anti-slip properties. A 2 mm thick reinforcement layer enhances the track's overall strength and resilience. The cushioning layer utilizes 8 mm mixed environmentally friendly rubber particles to effectively absorb impact and reduce sports injuries. The primer layer can be laid directly on asphalt or concrete foundations, offering strong adhesion and easy installation. The overall track offers excellent wear resistance, UV resistance, and drainage, making it ideal for use in schools, sports venues, and professional track and field events.

Mixed Casting Running Track technology

The active ingredient is polyurethane material. In terms of product form, it is mainly composed of "buffer layer (G06+environmentally friendly rubber particles) + reinforcement layer (G08) + finishing layer (RO9/R13)", which has excellent anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet functions. Because of its stable physical properties and mature technology, it is mainly used in sports centers, university and primary and secondary school track and field.
Mixed Casting Running Track adopts a full polyurethane structure, including a waterproof primer, an SBR rubber buffer layer, a wear-resistant layer and an EPDM spray layer, combined with marking paint and thinner to ensure durability and professional sports performance.

Mixed Casting Running Track Advantages

Synthetic rubber track classic
Today, the vast majority of running tracks use synthetic rubber as the surface material for superior traction and ideal running performance. Mixed Casting Running Track is a synthetic surface made of rubber granules combined with polyurethane over an asphalt or concrete base.

Options for a variety of weather, schools and tracks
Synthetic rubber has exceptional elasticity and is able to maintain its performance in extreme temperatures, including harsh winter temperatures. Therefore, it has become the material of choice for sports facilities and outdoor running tracks in schools. Unlike traditional latex tracks, synthetic rubber rarely develops surface cracks and retains its texture over time, even after reinstallation.

Helps running reduce risks
Most importantly, polyurethane tracks strike a good balance between soft and hard. This makes running more comfortable while reducing the risk of injury. Its sturdiness and stability ensure moderate speed during running. Taken together, synthetic rubber tracks not only offer excellent performance, but also offer significant advantages in terms of maintenance and durability.
